The MET Live in HD: Carmen

Clémentine Margaine is opera’s ultimate seductress, opposite Roberto Alagna, who captivated Live in HD audiences as Don José in 2010. Louis Langrée conducts Sir Richard Eyre’s lively production, a favorite in the Met’s repertoire.

Dr. James Caplinger, from the University of Charleston, will give a complimentary lecture beginning at 12:15 p.m.

West Virginia Dance Company Concert

The West Virginia Dance Company concert will feature thought-provoking dances for your entertainment.

A choreography and improvisation workshop will be held at 2:30 p.m.

before the performance. Taught by Toneta Akers-Toler, Founder/Managing Artistic Director/Choreographer of the West Virginia Dance Company. No RSVP needed to attend, but space is limited. $5 at the door.
